Do you offer custom batch production for businesses?Yes, batch production is our core offering. We work with businesses to produce 1 to 10,000 parts as needed.

Is there a minimum order value?Yes minimum order value of £25. We welcome one-off parts just as much as batch runs.

Do you offer discounts for repeat customers or bulk orders?Yes, we offer repeat client discounts and bulk pricing for larger batch jobs. Check out our referral scheme.

Do you charge setup fees?No setup fees for standard jobs. Complex modelling or design requests may incur a small additional charge.

Can your materials withstand chemicals or solvents?PETG has decent chemical resistance. ABS is better for oils and greases. For highly chemical-resistant applications, speak to us first so we can advise on the right material.

What materials do you use (PLA, PETG, TPU etc.)?We offer PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and speciality filaments based on part performance needs.

Are your prints heat-resistant?PLA has a lower heat resistance (~60°C), while ABS and PETG handle ~80–100°C. TPU is flexible but not heat-resistant. We’ll help select the right material for your needs.

Can you print flexible or engineering-grade parts?Yes, we can print TPU (flexible), and PETG or ABS for tougher, functional parts.

18. Are your prints suitable for outdoor use?Yes — PETG, ABS, and ASA are better suited for outdoor conditions as they resist UV and moisture. PLA is not ideal for long-term outdoor exposure.
