-
Do you offer custom batch production for businesses?Yes, batch production is our core offering. We work with businesses to produce 1 to 10,000 parts as needed.
-
Do you offer finishing or assembly? We can provide light finishing or basic assembly depending on the parts. Just let us know what you need.
-
Can you help me develop a prototype from scratch?Yes. We can support you from concept to CAD to printed prototype.
-
Can I order a mix of different parts in one order?Of course. You can combine multiple models in a single batch run.
-
What’s the best way to send you my files?Via our website form, email, or file transfer links (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer).
-
Can I send a photo or sketch instead of a CAD file?Yes, though we’ll need to model it first. This service can be quoted separately.
-
What file formats do you accept? We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files.
-
What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and will soon support debit/credit card payments.
-
How do I get a quote? You can upload your files via our website form, or email them to us directly for a custom quote.
-
Is there a minimum order value?Yes minimum order value of £25. We welcome one-off parts just as much as batch runs.
-
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers or bulk orders?Yes, we offer repeat client discounts and bulk pricing for larger batch jobs. Check out our referral scheme.
-
Do you charge setup fees?No setup fees for standard jobs. Complex modelling or design requests may incur a small additional charge.
-
Can your materials withstand chemicals or solvents?PETG has decent chemical resistance. ABS is better for oils and greases. For highly chemical-resistant applications, speak to us first so we can advise on the right material.
-
What materials do you use (PLA, PETG, TPU etc.)?We offer PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and speciality filaments based on part performance needs.
-
Are your prints heat-resistant?PLA has a lower heat resistance (~60°C), while ABS and PETG handle ~80–100°C. TPU is flexible but not heat-resistant. We’ll help select the right material for your needs.
-
Can you print flexible or engineering-grade parts?Yes, we can print TPU (flexible), and PETG or ABS for tougher, functional parts.
-
18. Are your prints suitable for outdoor use?Yes — PETG, ABS, and ASA are better suited for outdoor conditions as they resist UV and moisture. PLA is not ideal for long-term outdoor exposure.
-
Can I request a specific colour or finish?Yes! We stock a range of filament colours and finishes, including matte, silky, and translucent options. Custom requests are welcome.
-
Do you print for start-ups and product teams?Yes, our services are designed around the needs of start-ups and agile teams that require functional parts quickly.
